Day #99 - Brick, furnace and tubs
Well we have brick, a furnace and it looks like our tubs are in as well. See pics below
You cant see it here very well but they have the tar paper on the roof
Duct work
Flooded storage area of the basement (hope they fix this!)
Energy efficient furnace
Future finished basement, again, flooded
Other side of the furnace
Other storage area and yet again, more water
This thing
Look at the stars or raindrops? BTW Kathleen would not let me climb the ladder. I will have to go to the house without her to get some great aerial shots
This is our brick
Garage floor waiting to be poured
Here is Kathleen's piece de resistance... the jetted tub.

Other than the pool in the basement, the house looks good. Hopefully they get the water issue fixed soon.
ReplyDeleteThanks... from other blogs, this is normal. I am not really worried about it. We have our pre-drywall meeting on March 6th so I will bring it up to them then.
DeleteHow does the water get into the basement? it's normal? Hmmm
ReplyDeleteThe water company (or Ryan, still not sure) screwed up a connection to the main in the basement. When they tested it poured out. I seen this on some older blogs so I figured it was common.
